GENERAL INFORMATION:
Sword of the Spirit Retreat is a day of inspiration and instruction in the Word of God. In Ephesians 6:17, St. Paul refers to the Word of God as the "Sword of the Spirit." Well, it's time to sharpen our swords. Not only are we invited to pray with scripture, but we are called to use scripture as an offensive weapon against the enemies of our souls, namely the world (secular culture), the flesh and the devil.
WHAT TO BRING:
1. Bible
2. Highlighter
3. Pen or pencil
WHAT TO EXPECT:
1 - Learn to use Sacred Scripture for personal growth and as tool for evangelization.
2 - Learn to make the connections with the Old Testament and the New Testament.
3 - Create links to help navigate the Bible and more confidently use Scripture to share & defend your faith.
4 - Praise & Worship, fellowship and good food!
SCHEDULE:
8:30 AM = Registration
9:00 AM = Introduction, opening prayer and praise and worship
9:30 AM = Session 1
10:30 AM = Break
10:45 AM = Session 2
11:45 AM = Lunch and fellowship
12:45 PM = Praise and worship
1:15 PM = Session 3
2:45 PM = Break
3:00 PM = Session 4
4:00 PM = Closing
5:00 PM = Mass at St. Bridget's (Optional)
REGISTRATION:
Registration is on a first come first serve basis. There are 100 available spots. Simply fill out the form below, hit the submit button and then follow the link to the payment page

Cost:
$50.00 per person.
$75.00 per couple.
